Government Infiltration

A greedy thief has broken into an abandoned government building to steal a strange orb from it's basement, but has been caught the moment he stepped outside. He is now imprisoned at the bottom of another government facility, using the retrieved orb as a power source. Climb to the top, and steal it back!
